Khắc phục lỗi skype khi bị nhiễm virus invoice_xxxxxx_pdf.exe - invoice_pdf.exe

Xoá tất cả các thông số cài đặt Skype

1. Thoát skype hoặc dùng Windows Taskmanager tắt ứng dụng skype.com
2. Mở Windows Start và chọn Search / Run , nhập %appdata% và sau đó nhấn phím Enter hoặc Click nút OK. Nó sẽ mở cửa sổ Windows Explorer. Tìm đến folder Skype. Sau đó đổi tên folder thành Skype_old . hoặc tên khác cũng dc.
3. Mở Windows Start và chọn Search / Run , nhập %Temp% và sau đó nhấn phím Enter hoặc Click nút OK. Nó sẽ mở cửa sổ Windows Explorer. Tìm đến folder Skype. Sau đó đổi tên folder thành Skype_old . hoặc tên khác cũng dc. Nếu không muốn đổi tên thì xoá cũng được.

4. Khởi động lại skype - nhập user và pass.

Try to reset all Skype settings.
Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old.

If you are on the latest Skype 6.5/6.6/6.7/6.9/6.10 version, then do also this:

Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder.

Restart Skype.

N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.
